Do I need to be home?
No. We keep your gate code, pet notes and access instructions on file, and text you when we’re on the way.
How are dues set?
By what your pool takes each week: its size, whether it’s screened, trees overhead, salt or chlorine, whether you have a working robot cleaner, and any separate hot tub or fountain on its own system. An attached spa or waterfall costs nothing extra. The price builder at the top does the math in about 30 seconds.
What if my pool is different from what I picked?
We confirm your pool at the first visit. If anything changes your dues, you’ll know before we start.
Annual or monthly dues?
Same membership either way. Pay yearly and you get at least a month on us: twelve months for the price of eleven. Or pay month to month, with no contract.
How do I pay?
Members pay by bank transfer (ACH), with no added fee. We also keep a card on file as a backup. If a payment ever goes to a credit card, the card processing fee is passed through at cost, nothing added.
What if I leave partway through a yearly membership?
We refund the rest of your year. The months you’ve used are counted at the monthly rate, since the yearly price includes a month on us, and you get back everything left over.
How often do you come?
Every week, on the same day. In South Florida heat and rain, weekly is what keeps water clear.
Do you ever close?
Four weeks a year, timed around major holidays, so our team rests and every visit stays unhurried. Your dues are set for 48 visits a year, so you never pay for a week we’re closed. You get the dates every January and a reminder the week before, and the visit before each closed week leaves your pool ready to hold: a deeper clean, the filter cleaned, and the water balanced to carry it through.
Are chemicals included?
Routine chemicals are included in your dues. If something out of the ordinary, like a leak, a stuck fill valve or flooding, means your pool needs more than double its usual chemicals, we show you why in your Cabana Report and text you before charging for the extra. No surprise charges.
Do you care for saltwater pools?
Yes. We look after both saltwater and chlorine pools, and treat each one accordingly.
Do you do repairs?
Yes. Pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells and automatic cleaners, priced before any work starts. We also inspect pools for home buyers.
What if a visit isn’t right?
Tell us and we’ll come back to make it right, at no charge.
What happens if you miss my day?
In an emergency, like a hurricane, flooding, or a truck or equipment breakdown mid-route, we let you know as soon as we can and make it up within 2 business days, or as soon as it’s safe after a storm. If we miss a visit without letting you know, that week is free.
What does the Green-Free guarantee cover?
If your pool turns green because of something we did or missed, we clear it at no charge. It doesn’t cover things outside our control, like flooding or runoff draining into the pool, animals or animal waste in the water, storms, power outages, equipment failure, or repairs and fixes we’ve recommended that haven’t been made.
How does the first-month guarantee work?
If you’re not happy with your first month of membership, we refund that month’s dues, no questions asked. Green-to-clean work and repairs are separate: we refund those only if we didn’t do them right, not because the membership wasn’t a fit.
